The James Gregg Honors Scholarship is the flagship scholarship administered by the SF Honors Program. It covers tuition and fees for qualifying Honors students each semester.

Number awarded Up to 20 scholarships per year
Eligibility Current membership or recent admission to the SF Honors Program or Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)
GPA requirement 3.5 or higher on all college-level coursework; no grade below C in any course
Duration One full academic year, renewable for one additional consecutive year
Renewal requirement Maintain Honors membership, 3.5 GPA, and no grade below C
Compatibility Cannot be combined with other SF program scholarships (Student Ambassador, Student Government, etc.)
PTK note Honors students receive a reduced PTK membership fee; PTK members are also eligible to apply for this scholarship

How to Apply

Applications for the James Gregg Honors Scholarship are reviewed each Fall and Spring semester. You can apply for the scholarship by completing the SF General Scholarship Application available via the SF Financial Aid Scholarship Page. If you have already completed the General Scholarship Application for the current year and need to reopen it to apply for the James Gregg Scholarship, please contact SF Financial Aid.
