Application Checklist & Deadlines

Step by Step

Your Application Checklist

A complete application includes all required components. Partial applications are not reviewed.

  1. 1
Gather your materials. Have your unofficial transcript, any credit-by-exam scores, and your project documentation ready before you begin.
  2. 2
Prepare your project reflection. Write a brief essay or record a short video or audio piece describing a project that demonstrates your strengths. Upload it along with documentation that illustrates the project.
  3. 3
Request a letter of recommendation (optional). If you'd like to include one, contact your instructor at least two weeks before the deadline. Letters are especially helpful for currently enrolled SF students.
  4. 4
Submit your application online. Upload all materials before the deadline. You'll receive a confirmation email when your submission is received.
  5. 5
Await your decision. Expect a response within three weeks of the application deadline.
