Safety and Risk Management maintains 35 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units on the Northwest Campus, 19 at the Campus Centers, and 1 at the Geological Field Station. AEDs are inspected monthly.

The National Emergency AED + Resource (NEAR) Registry App helps people quickly locate nearby lifesaving equipment, including automated external defibrillators (AEDs), bleeding control kits, epinephrine, and naloxone during emergencies. Santa Fe College's AED locations are mapped in the NEAR Registry, making them easier to locate when every second counts. We encourage you to download the NEAR Registry app to help you locate lifesaving resources when needed.
