2025-2026

  • Career Service, IT Personnel, and Administrative & Professional full-time employees will receive a 3% increase on their individual 2024-2025 ending salary retroactive to July 1, 2025.
  • Existing part-time staff may receive a 3% increase on their 2024-2025 hourly rate for appointments beginning on or after July 1, 2025. Base salaries for all salary tables increase by 2% effective July 1, 2025.
  • Full-time faculty employed in 2024-2025 will advance one step on the 9-month or 12-month schedule in the lane that corresponds to their title for the 2025-2026 year at the start of their contract period on either July 1 or August 22, 2025. The net increase for step advancement is 3%, which is based on an increase of $600 and 1.5% to the faculty base salary and corresponding step calculation. Consistent with the step schedule, increases are based on the application of steps initiating from the step 1 salary and therefore individual increases may vary based on step placement within the schedule.
  • Part-time faculty rates increase by 3% to $846.
  • Academic Chairs employed in 2024-2025 will advance one step on the schedule at the start of their contract period on July 1. The net increase for step advancement is 3%, which is based on an increase of $600 and 1.3% to the base salary and corresponding step calculation. Consistent with the step schedule, increases are based on the application of steps initiating from the step 1 salary and therefore individual increases may vary based on step placement within the schedule.

2024-2025

  • Faculty: Effective with the start of the 2024-2025 contract full-time faculty and academic chairs will advance one step on the step schedule that corresponds to their title and position for 2024-2025. Those whose 2023-2024 salary already exceeded the maximum salary for their lane will receive an amount equal to one step based on their 2023-2024 lane. As a result of the change of our benefit structure with the move to the SGIP, the college adjusted its compensation philosophy moving funds from benefits to direct employee compensation. Effective November 16, 2024, full-time faculty and academic chair salaries will increase by $600 for existing faculty and academic chairs and for those hired during the 2024-2025 year. Effective April 16, 2025 all existing full-time faculty and academic chair salaries will increase by $600. Base salaries for full-time faculty and academic chairs will increase by $600 and steps will be adjusted accordingly for the 2025-2026 contract year.
  • Administrative & Professional: Effective July 1, 2024, full-time A&P employees, excluding the President, will receive an increase of 1.5% on their 2023-2024 base salary. As a result of the change of our benefit structure with the move to the SGIP, the college adjusted its compensation philosophy moving funds from benefits to direct employee compensation. Effective November 16, 2024, full-time base salaries increase by $600. Effective November 16, 2024, employee salaries adjusted to raise their existing salary by $600. Effective April 16, 2025 all existing full-time A&P employees will increase by $600.
  • Career Service: Effective July 1, 2024, full-time CS employees will receive an increase of 1.5% on their 2023-2024 base salary. Effective November 16, 2024 part-time employee hourly salaries were adjusted for those at the base salary to reflect the change in hourly rate with the $600 increase to base.
  • Adjunct: Effective with the start of the Fall 2024 term, the credit hour rate will increase to $822.

2023-2024

  • Faculty: Effective with the start of the 2023-2024 contract full-time faculty and academic chairs will advance one step on the step schedule that corresponds to their title and position for 2023-2024. Those whose 2022-2023 salary already exceeded the maximum salary for their lane will receive a 4% increase and an amount equal to one step based on their 2023-2024 lane.
  • Administrative & Professional: Effective July 1 2023, full-time A&P employees, excluding the President, will receive an increase of 5.5% on their 2022-2023 base salary.
  • Career Service: Effective July 1 2023, full-time CS employees will receive an increase of 5.5% on their 2022-2023 base salary.
  • IT Personnel: Effective July 1 2023, full-time IT employees will receive an increase of 5.5% on their 2022-2023 base salary.
  • Part-Time: Part-time A&P and CS employees will be appointed at the adjusted new minimum or may receive an increase of 5.5% on their hourly rate at the start of their next appointment period.
  • Adjunct: Effective with the start of the Fall 2023 term, the credit hour rate will increase to $810.

2022-2023

  • Faculty: Effective with the start of the 2022-2023 contract, full-time faculty and academic chairs will be placed on the salary step that corresponds to the year of service that matches their full-time faculty/academic chair hire date as of August 2021 and the appropriate salary rank for their title per Phase II of the salary study. Faculty and Academic Chairs that have salaries exceeding the Phase II years of service placement will be grandfathered in at the step closest to their current 2021-2022 salary. Additionally, all full-time faculty and academic chairs will receive $500 added to their base salary and will advance one step on the step schedule that corresponds to their title and position for 2022-2023. Those already at step 30 Ill receive an increase in salary equal to one step.
  • Administrative & Professional: Effective July 1, 2022, full-time A&P employees, excluding the President, will receive an increase of 1.5% on their 2021-2022 base salary and will also receive an increase of $500 added to their 2022-2023 base salary.
  • Career Service: Effective July 1, 2022, full-time CS employees will receive an increase of 1.5% on their 2021-2022 base salary and will also receive an increase of $500 added to their 2022-2023 base salary. Full-time career service employees hired on or before July 1, 2022 that have hourly equivalent rates of less than $15 per hour will also receive an additional adjustment to bring them to the equivalent of $15 per hour.
  • IT Personnel: Effective July 1, 2022, full-time IT employees will receive an increase of 1.5% on their 2021-2022 base salary and will also receive an increase of $500 added to their 2022-2023 base salary.
  • Part-Time: Part-time A&P and career service employees will be appointed at the adjusted new minimum or may receive an increase of 1.5% on their hourly rate at the start of their next appointment period.
  • Adjunct: Effective with the start of the Fall 2022 term, the credit hour rate will increase to $800.

2021-2022

  • Faculty: Effective with the start of the 2021-2022 contract, full-time faculty will receive $500 added to their 2020-2021 base salary and will also receive an increase of 2.5% of the adjusted base salary, which represents a 1.4% cost of living increase and a 1.1% salary increase. **Note: Phase I of the Faculty Salary Study was implemented in April of 2022. Placement for faculty hired prior to April 19, 2022 is at the step closest to each faculty member’s 2021-2022 salary based on their Assistant, Associate or Professor rank, as reflected in their individual title based on years of service and continuing contract status. Adjustments for differences in salary after placement on the new step schedule are retroactive to the start of the 2021-2022 contract with compensation adjusted accordingly.
  • Administrative & Professional: Effective July 1, 2021, full-time A&P employees, excluding the President, will receive $500 added to their 2020-2021 base salary and will also receive an increase of 2.5% of the adjusted base salary, which represents a 1.4% cost of living increase and a 1.1% salary increase.
  • Career Service: Effective July 1, 2021, full-time C/S employees will receive $500 added to their 2020-2021 base salary and will also receive an increase of 2.5% of the adjusted base salary, which represents a 1.4% cost of living increase and a 1.1% salary increase.
  • IT Personnel: Effective July 1, 2021, full-time IT employees will receive $500 added to their 2020-2021 base salary and will also receive an increase of 2.5% of the adjusted base salary, which represents a 1.4% cost of living increase and a 1.1% salary increase.
  • Part-Time: Part-time hourly employees may receive an increase of 2.5% on their hourly rate at the start of their next appointment period.
  • Adjunct: Effective with start of the Fall 2021 term, the credit hour rate will increase to $788.

2020-2021

  • Full-time Administrative & Professional, excluding the President, and Career Service: Effective July 1, 2020, full-time A&P employees who received 50% of their market adjustment in the 2019-2020 salary study implementation will receive the other half of that market adjustment added to their existing salary. All full-time A&P employees will receive a non-recurring supplement of $500, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020, pay check for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020. Additionally, upon approval by the District Board in its sole discretion, all full-time A&P employees’ 2020-2021 contract salaries may be adjusted at the end of the fiscal year to reflect that this payment of $500 was added to their base should the budget support this recurring expense.
  • Part-time Administrative & Professional: All part-time A&P employees will receive a non-recurring supplement of $200, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020 pay check for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020.
  • Part-time Career Service: Part-time Career Service employees not appointed to student positions will receive a non-recurring supplement of $200, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020 pay check for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020.
  • Full-time Faculty: All full-time faculty will receive a non-recurring supplement of $500, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020 pay check for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020. Additionally, upon approval by the District Board in its sole discretion, all full-time faculty 2020-2021 contract salaries may be adjusted at the end of the fiscal year to reflect that this payment of $500 was added to their base should the budget support this recurring expense.
  • Part-time Faculty: Effective with start of the Fall 2020 term, the credit hour rate will increase to $769.
  • Full-time IT Personnel: All full-time IT Personnel will receive a non-recurring supplement of $500, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020 for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020. Additionally, upon approval by the District Board in its sole discretion, all full-time IT Personnel 2020-2021 salaries may be adjusted at the end of the fiscal year to reflect that this payment of $500 was added to their base should the budget support this recurring expense.
  • Part-time IT Personnel: All part-time IT Personnel employees will receive a non-recurring supplement of $200, subject to applicable taxes and withholding, to be paid on the November 15, 2020 pay check for services provided during the week of November 1 – November 7, 2020.

2019-2020

  • Full-time Administrative & Professional, excluding the President, and Career Service: Effective July 1, 2019, full-time A&P employees who are currently below the minimum (as set forth in the salary range charts below) will be moved to the new minimum salary for their assigned salary range. Employees with one or more years of service in their current position who are below the market average will also receive a market adjustment equal to 50% of the difference between the market average and their current salary based on years of service in their current position. All full-time A&P employees will also receive a 2% cost of living adjustment, in addition to the aforementioned adjustments.
  • Part-time Administrative & Professional and Career Service: Effective July 1, 2019, part-time A&P employees will be moved to the new minimum salary hourly rate for their assigned salary range. Additionally, all part-time A&P employees will receive a 2% cost of living adjustment
  • Full-time Faculty: Effective August 19, 2019, full-time faculty will receive a 2% cost of living adjustment on their individual 2018-2019 base salary. Increases shall not be limited to the maximum of the range.
  • Part-time Faculty: Rate increased to $759
  • Full-time IT Personnel: Effective July 1, 2019, full-time IT personnel will receive a 2% cost of living adjustment on their 2018-2019 base salary. Increases shall not be limited to that maximum of the range.
  • Part-Time: Effective July 1, 2019, part-time IT personnel will receive a 2% cost of living adjustment.

2018-2019

  • Faculty, Administrative & Professional and Career Service: No raise – President authorized the following: All full-time employees, employed as of 6/1/18, may receive a onetime, non-recurring periodic salary supplement of $1000 to be paid on June 30, 2018 for services performed from April 1, 2018 through May 31, 2018 or a prorated share based on the days of full-time employment for this period. All full-time employees, employed as of 10/16/18, may receive a one-time, non-recurring periodic salary supplement of $1000 to be paid on November 15, 2018 for services performed from September 16, 2018, through October 15, 2018 or a prorated share based on the days of full-time employment for this period. All full-time employees, employed as of 2/1/19, received a onetime, non-recurring periodic salary supplement of $1250 paid on April 30, 2019 for services performed from 2/1/19 – 3/31/19 or a prorated share based on the days of full-time employment for this period. Personnel with an active part-time primary appointment on or after February 1, 2019, through and including April 1, 2019, who perform services during the time period of February 1, 2019, through March 31, 2019, may receive a non-recurring $375 supplement to be paid on or about April 30, 2019. **Note: Tempforce talent who were employed from 2/1/19-4/1/19 and regularly performing service to the college during that time also received $375 on or about 4/15/19.

2017-2018

  • Faculty: 9.5% annual increase on their individual base salary.
  • Administrative & Professional: 9.5% annual increase on their individual base salary.
  • Career Service: 9.5% annual increase on their individual base salary.
  • Part-Time: 4% annual increase on their individual hourly rate or the new base, which was increased by 85, whichever is higher.
  • Adjunct: increased to $744.

2016-2017

  • Faculty: 2% annual increase on their individual base salary; those employed as of November 1, 2016 receive a one-time, nonrecurring salary supplement of $1250; those employed as March 1, 2017 receive a one-time, non-recurring salary supplement of $1250.
  • Administrative & Professional: 2% annual increase on their individual base salary; those employed as of November 1, 2016 receive a one-time, nonrecurring salary supplement of $1250; those employed as March 1, 2017 receive a one-time, non-recurring salary supplement of $1250.

Full-time A&P personnel employed as of 11/1/14, may receive a one-time, nonrecurring periodic salary supplement of $500 to be paid upon completion of service for services performed from July 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014 or a prorated share based on the days of full-time employment for this period.
  • Career Service: Effective July 1, 2014 career service personnel may receive a 2% increase on their individual base salary.   • Career Service: Effective July 1, 2012 career service personnel may receive a 2% increase on their individual base salary.
