Santa Fe College’s Information Technology Services (ITS) is deploying Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to all employees Friday, Sept. 23, 2022. Once enabled, employees will be asked to provide a second form of authentication to access SSO-connected apps and services. Implementing MFA will enhance our account and data security.
To set up your authentication, visit mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. ITS recommends setting up at least two methods. The most popular methods are using the Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App, text through your cell phone or a voice call to your office or cell phone. There is also the option for a USB YubiKey available upon request for those who do not want to use a cell phone.
