See Something, Say Something
Santa Fe College strives to maintain a safe campus for learning, innovation, and community engagement. We need your help to keep SF safe—report any behavior that threatens the safety of our students, staff, or visitors.
Act Immediately
If you see behavior suggesting potential violence or immediate harm on SF property, call 911 or the Santa Fe College Police Department at 352-395-5555 right away. Provide details like location, time, individuals involved, descriptions, and witnesses.
How to Report
For concerning or threatening behavior that doesn’t require immediate action, submit this online Report Form. If the situation escalates, call SFPD at 352-395-5555 (or 5555 from any campus phone) or dial 911.
Safe Santa Fe is a joint effort by Academic Affairs, Counseling and Wellness Center, Human Resources, SF Police Department, Student Affairs, Student Life, and the Institute of Public Safety.
What You Need to Know
No single behavior guarantees someone will become violent—some may show warning signs and never act, while others may act without any signs. Still, the following could indicate a potential threat:
- Unusual agitation, anger, or hostility
- Threatening statements or gestures
- Sudden withdrawal or isolation
- Fixation on weapons or violent events
If you notice these or other concerning behaviors, report them using the Concerning or Threatening Behavior Report.
