Help Santa Fe College Measure Campus Waste Nov. 19

Santa Fe College, in partnership with Alachua County Waste Alternatives and the Repurpose Project, will conduct a waste audit to establish a baseline for materials discarded on campus. The event will take place Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Parking Lot 7 behind Building D at the Northwest Campus.
Volunteers are needed to assist with sorting and categorizing materials collected during the audit. This hands-on opportunity will offer participants insight into waste management while contributing to an important sustainability initiative. Interested individuals can register online.
