Deadline to pay Fall and Fall A fees is September 3

The deadline to pay tuition and fees for Fall and Fall A classes is Tuesday, September 3, 2025.
What you need to know:
Tuition and fees must be paid in full or covered by a financial aid or other fee deferment
by the deadline.
Students with an unpaid balance and no financial aid or other funding in place by
September 3 will be dropped from unpaid classes.
Courses dropped due to non-payment cannot be added back.
The payment deadline cannot be extended.
How to check your status and pay your balance:
1. Log in to eSantaFe.
2. Select “My Classes,” and then “My Schedule.”
3. Review your schedule to confirm whether you have a balance due.
If you have a balance due, you can:
- Pay your balance: Go to the “Finances” menu and select “View and Pay Fees.”
- Review your financial aid: Go to the “Finances” menu and select “Financial Aid Portal.” Check award amounts and outstanding action items. Pay any remaining balance once your financial aid deferment is applied.
