FBMC Benefits Portal Registration
All employees are required to utilize the portal for benefits registration and enrollment changes. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to visit the FBMC Benefits Portal to complete the employee registration for login access.

Employees may choose from a variety of 403(b), mutual fund and 457(b) companies to invest money on a voluntary pre-taxed basis offered as a payroll deduction. Contact one of the vendors listed below for more information.

Santa Fe College offers the TELUS Employee Assistance Program to current, non-student employees and their immediate family members living in the employee's household. This program is a free service that is separate from your health insurance and available 24/7/365. The EAP is also a confidential service, no information, including your name, is released without your written permission. Your employer will not know if you use this program.

To access this benefit, employees can either call (866)468-9461, log on to https://santa-fe-college.lifeworks.com/feed to access their website programs or download their app. Contact SF's HR to obtain the username and password.
The FMLA entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave.

Sick Leave Pool
Full-time employees can opt to join the sick leave pool at Santa Fe College. The sick leave pool can help protect an employee from loss of income due to a catastrophic illness, disability, or injury.

Eligibility of Membership
Participation in the sick leave pool is voluntary, but to enroll you must:
- be a full-time employee of the college,
- have at least one year of full-time service to the college, and
- have an accrued sick leave balance of at least six days.

Employees can enroll during an annual open enrollment period.
