Accommodations for Events

Overview

Event attendees with disabilities may use this form to request a reasonable accommodation for a Santa Fe College sponsored event.

Please submit the completed form at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. If an event is posted less than seven days prior to the event, then complete and submit the form as soon as possible and the college will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations.
