Overview

The Perry Center offers a wide variety of community programs that cater to diverse learning styles and environments.

College For Kids

The College For Kids (CFK) program is organized by Santa Fe Colleges' Community Education and is designed as an academic program, offering students challenging, fun, hands-on learning experiences beyond the ordinary school environment. See current CFK offerings at the Perry Center.

School Tours

The Perry Center provides tours for middle and high schools on request. Additionally, high school biotechnology classes are invited to spend the day working with faculty on specialized techniques. Please call 352-381-3750 to schedule a tour.

GRRATE Summer Institutes Camp

Rising 9th–12th grade students are invited to attend an 8-day summer STEM camp at the Perry Center for Emerging Technologies. The camp features hands-on, project-based STEM experiences in areas such as robotics, rocketry, and guitar building. This program is provided at no cost to participants. STEM Fest

An annual industry event for the program students to highlight their research. It is usually held two evenings in November and includes guest speakers.
