As a victim or witness, you have certain rights within the system. This brochure is being provided to assist with questions you may have regarding those rights.
Resources are available to anyone who has experienced any kind of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking.
Local advocates can help all victims, regardless of whether or not they report to law enforcement. Services are free and confidential – certified rape crisis centers are legally and ethically required to protect your confidentiality, unless you allow, in writing, the release of your information.
