Get Involved This Spring: Opportunities for Students at SF!
Whether you're looking to get more connected on campus, develop leadership skills or explore your purpose, there's no better time to get involved at Santa Fe College! We’ve put together a list of exciting opportunities available to you — from leadership programs to joining clubs and organizations — that will help you grow academically, socially and professionally.
- This Week @ SF – Stay connected with our weekly email update (every Monday) about events and activities, college happenings and resources around campus and beyond!
- Student Organizations – Join or start your own! Club Rush is January 22 and 23. Contact doug.bagby@sfcollege.edu.
- Student Engagement Center – The center is the hub for all SF students, clubs and organizations. Visit the second floor of Building S today!
- Student Government — Join SG! Want to make a real impact on campus? Now’s your chance! Student Government applications are officially open, and we’re looking for passionate leaders to help shape our community.
- Engaged Leaders – Apply for this free eight-week leadership program that will develop the personal strengths and skills necessary for individual and professional success. Applications close on January 24.
- Purpose and Belonging Journey — The Purpose and Belonging Journey helps students explore their interests, values and strengths to support their pursuit of purpose and meaning in their work and overall well-being.
- Hall of Fame – Apply to be a part of the Hall of Fame. This recognition celebrates those students who have demonstrated outstanding service to the college and community, leadership in organizations, and academic achievement. Applications are open and due Friday, March 7 by 4:30 p.m.
- Parking Information – Avoid a parking ticket and other added stress by staying informed on where to park.
- Student Life Rec Room – Join this hub of activity, conversation and some healthy competition in the Rec Room or on Discord!
Getting involved in Student Life isn’t just about adding to your resume — it’s about finding your community, developing lifelong skills and making the most of your time at SF.
