Santa Fe College Closed for Spring Break: Key Services Available

Santa Fe College will close for spring break from Monday, March 17 through Saturday, March 22. Although the college will be closed for most standard operations, several areas will be open to help students and serve our community:

Admissions

The Office of Admissions on the Northwest Campus will be open to help students both in person (R-101) and online Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Northwest Campus Tours

Campus tours for prospective students will be offered on:

  • Monday, March 17
  • Thursday, March 20
  • Friday, March 21

International Student Services

International Student Services will have staff available to serve students remotely on Monday, March 17, and Thursday, March 20. Students can connect to ISS staff via email or their digital lobby.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid staff will be processing aid, taking calls and replying to emails.

General Information

Students can get a variety of questions answered at any time in several languages by using the Ask SF Chatbot.

SFPD

The Santa Fe College Police Department will be open and operational 24/7 during the break. The SFPD maintains a food pantry in their lobby for those in need.

Counseling and Wellness

Santa Fe College students have free 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare, the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students.

SF Teaching Zoo

The Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo will be open.

Spring Break Closings

Several areas of the college will not be available during spring break:

Regular Hours Resume March 24

All college offices and services will resume standard operating hours Monday, March 24.
