New way to contact Financial Aid starting October 5

October 1, 2026

Starting Monday, October 12, Financial Aid will take new questions through an online form that will be located on Financial Aid webpage. Emails sent to the old address after that date will get an automatic reply directing people there.

This change improves service

Separate forms are available for students, employees, and other individuals so Financial Aid can verify who is contacting us and determine what information may be shared. The forms also collect key details up front, which reduces follow-up questions and helps team members respond more quickly.

Choose the form that applies to you

  • Students and applicants with a current eSantaFe login: Signing in lets team members answer questions about students’ specific financial aid accounts.
  • Individuals without an eSantaFe login: For future students, former students, parents, and others contacting Financial Aid on a student's behalf. Because identity can't be verified here, responses won't include information protected by FERPA, even when a FERPA release is on file.
  • SF Employees: For employees requesting help on a student's behalf.

Updates by email

You will receive email updates about your submission along the way. These updates will confirm that we received your question, let you know if it has been routed to a specialist, notify you if additional time is needed, and confirm when your question has been resolved. Replies to these emails are added to the same record to keep all your information in one place.
