AFC offers two levels of benefit for SF employees

Just a reminder that all SF Employees receive free membership into the Santa Fe College Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC).
As a Core Member, SF invests in you through perks such as access to the Success Summit, regional conferences, and the Leadership Summit. Additionally, Core Members may apply for $150 scholarships to cover books, lab fees, or course-related supplies/materials to assist in their pursuit of higher education degrees. As of July 1, 2026, AFC offers a two-tier option with a Premium Membership that combines Core Member benefits with:
- Discounted registration for all AFC conferences and events, including the Success Summit and Leadership Summit
- One complimentary regional conference registration per year
- Priority dates for conference registration and proposal submissions
- An invitation to the exclusive VIP Reception at the 2026 Success Summit
- Eligibility for Learning Community Champion and State Officer roles
- Special VIP conference tag and swag
- Digital badge for your email signature and social media profile
- Voting privileges in AFC elections
