New Canvas Support Options Launch at Santa Fe College on May 5

Santa Fe College is moving to Tier One support for Canvas starting May 5 to increase support services and availability for everyone in Canvas. All users will be able to get basic Canvas questions answered using Tier One. 

When logged into Canvas, use the Global menu (dark blue menu on the left) to click on “Help” or the question mark icon and then select your preferred support option (phone or live chat). Faculty and staff who have specialty questions, LTI requests, merging requests, and other higher-level questions should contact lms.admin@sfcollege.edu.

Please note that anyone who needs support for SF account access issues, such as not being able to log into SF systems or access email, should still contact the ITS Help Desk at 352-395-5999 or help.desk@sfcollege.edu.
