Overview

Information Technology Services (ITS) is a dynamic, creative and innovative organization that values positive customer relationships, quality services and open communications. To that end, ITS provides efficient and effective installation and support for the mainframe, network and telephone infrastructure of Santa Fe College. This includes desktop support to staff and faculty on this campus as well as all centers as a way of enabling change that adds value and creates opportunity for our college community.

Goals of ITS

  • IT Infrastructure - Provide information technology infrastructure and systems to support the college's strategic mission.
  • IT Service - Provide information technology support services to satisfy the needs of our college community.
  • IT Performance - Guarantee appropriate use of information technology resources and quality services through continuous improvement.
  • IT Staffing - Recruit, develop, assess and retain quality professionals enabling the college to maximize its investments in information technology.
