A popular weekly meeting facilitated at CIED by the Entrepreneur in Residence for the leader of CIED companies. This meeting provides a regular forum for entrepreneurs to celebrate successes and to solve problems. The format of the meeting creates an environment that is encouraging and collaborative, with just the right amount of accountability and motivation to keep things moving forward. We, currently, use cognitive behavior counseling in our practice. The keys to the success of this program is fidelity, training, and the commitment level of our staff. Creativity and flexibility are, also, necessary when adapting the TF-CBT model to best serve the needs of each individual child and family while maintaining fidelity to the core TF-CBT components. We are happy to be working with the Department of Juvenile Justice and serving their youth in the Gainesville area.
