Hello everyone, and welcome to the New Compass! Thank you for your patience while we spent the first half of the summer building an improved version of this resource to help you get involved and make the most of your time at SF. The most noticeable change is that The Compass is now a website, not just a newsletter, making it easier to see what’s happening and how to participate. We’ll continue to send regular email updates with news and upcoming events, but you no longer need to search your inbox to find something you’ve seen before. Just come back here to view recent and upcoming events and highlights. You'll find several pages, each of which includes a calendar of events and list of highlighted opportunities, focused on Academic & Scholarship opportunities, Preprofessional involvements, Volunteer & Service projects, and Cultural & Community events. As always, each update includes details about what’s happening, how to learn more, where and when to participate, and how many Honors and Global Scholars points you can earn by getting involved.
