Work Request
Overview
Whether it’s an emergency service or a routine repair, Facilities Services staff will evaluate your request and determine how to best meet your needs and respond in a timely manner.
Routine Work Request
For routine maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping services, please use the SchoolDude Work Request Management System to submit your work request.
Emergency Work Request
Please do not enter emergency requests through the SchoolDude Work Request System. If you are reporting a health risk or life-threatening emergency, call Santa Fe Police Department at 352-395-5555.
For all other non-life-threatening emergencies, such as an inoperative elevator, water leak, or power outage, call Facilities Services at 352-395-5521.
After Hours Urgent Work Request
After hours work or repair requests that are not a threat to the health and safety of students or employees should be reported as soon as possible to the Santa Fe College Police Department at 352-395-5519 which will be referred to the Facilities Services On-Call staff at 352-381-7000.
Submit a Work Request
All work requests must be submitted online via the SchoolDude Work Request System. Please follow these steps:
- Use the yellow button below to access the system.
- Complete the Work Request. Once completed, click the “submit” button and a confirmation email will be sent to you with the assigned work request number.
