Quitting smoking is not easy. Santa Fe College offers support and information for those who are trying to quit the habit. Quit Smoking seminars will be offered by Tobacco Free Florida at Santa Fe College throughout the year.
There are plenty of reasons to quit smoking: your heart, your lungs, your overall health, and even your finances. Social support can help you beat your tobacco cravings and live a healthy, smoke free life. You don’t have to do this alone! American Heart Association
The American Heart Association encourages people to live a healthy and tobacco free lifestyle. There are many ways to live a heart healthy life and Santa Fe College encourages all students, faculty and staff to live heart healthy.
In addition to heart-healthy tips available on their website, the American Heart Association wants to help you "Leave Tobacco in the Dust". They offer information concerning the facts and myths of so called "safe" alternatives to tobacco and tips to lead an overall healthy life.
