The Sustainable Santa Fe Committee is comprised of students, faculty and staff from many areas of the college. Formed in February 2007, the committee was charged by Dr. Sasser to initiate a college-wide culture of sustainability.

- Curriculum Sub-Committee
The Curriculum Sub-committee works to infuse sustainability into our curriculum. Both Faculty and Administrative representatives serve on this committee. - Operations Sub-Committee
The Operations Sub-committee works to reduce the college's waste, energy, and water. Both Facilities Services and Purchasing representatives serve on this committee. - Outreach Sub-Committee
The Outreach Sub-committee works to plan events for both SF and the community as well as partnering with community businesses and organizations. Staff and students from Student Life and the Zoo serve on this committee. - Planning Sub-Committee
The Planning Sub-committee works to set goals and obtain funding for projects for campus-wide sustainability. Various department administrators and staff serve on this committee.
