Santa Fe College defines research as creativity-, discovery-, or inquiry-based learning that leads students to new scholarly insights or the creation of new artistic work, which is then effectively communicated back to their community. Research can be both/either: Curriculum based or under the direction of a faculty researcher at SF or UF, collaborative or individual, or discipline based only or interdisciplinary.
