Official Transcript Request
Official transcripts are requested through eSantaFe. This allows for faster processing and better service to you.
All current and former students have been issued a Student ID that will be used as the main identifier for records. If you do not know your Student ID, visit our Login Help webpage for information on how to retrieve your ID and/or password.
Once in eSantaFe please click on the Records tab on the left menu and then Transcripts.
From here you can either request an official transcript or you can view and print an unofficial copy of your SF transcript.
Each time you log on to eSantaFe and click "Transcript", you will get a status report of transcripts that have been sent at your request. To make a new request just click on "request transcript" and follow the prompts.
Picking Up/Mailing of Your Official Transcript
Please be sure to have your SF ID card or Driver’s License in order to pick up your official transcript in the Records Office (Northwest campus, R-112).
If you prefer to have your transcript mailed, please be sure to indicate that on your eSantaFe account when requesting your transcript.
Please NOTE: Transcripts cannot be released until all SF obligations are satisfied. If applicable, please contact the cashier's office to satisfy any financial obligations before requesting a transcript.
Critical Information
- It will take 3-5 business days for Santa Fe College to process your request. Requests made on weekends or holidays will be processed 3-5 business days after the weekend and/or holiday.
- The office CANNOT fax or email transcripts.
- Because of the volume of faxed transcript requests, we cannot verify receipt of faxed request until they are processed.
- There is no charge for transcripts at this time.
