Santa Fe College closely partners with the University of Florida to provide our students with opportunities they would not typically receive at another college in Florida.
The SF2UF Bridge to Baccalaureate Program allows SF students in biomedical/behavioral science-related disciplines a chance to collaborate in scientific research at UF.
Pathway to Pharmacy allows students to satisfy pharmacy prerequisites at Santa Fe, meet with UF’s College of Pharmacy advisors, and apply for admission to the four-year Doctor of Pharmacy program.
Students may transition to UF as early as their second semester in college if they major and begin their studies at SF in the following: computer engineering, computer science, digital arts and sciences, environmental engineering, materials science and engineering, and nuclear engineering.
Students can obtain the necessary design and construction courses, benefiting from face-to-face instruction and small class sizes before guaranteed admission into their desired design or construction major at UF.
SF supports students who want to complete a bachelor’s degree through UF Online by aligning our AA degree requirements with the courses UF Online requires prospective transfer students to complete prior to being accepted for admission.
Students admitted to UF’s PaCE Program or Innovation Academy can take courses at SF as transient students before taking classes at UF.
Students looking to audition and perform in a large Division 1 university have the opportunity to apply to SF through the “transient student” process.
Those enrolled in at least 1 credit hour at UF are eligible to rush a sorority or fraternity, which may apply to PaCE and Innovation Academy students.
SF and UF offer reciprocal borrowing privileges, allowing students to access and borrow materials from any of the public college libraries as long as they have a SFID card.
With Santa Fe College as your starting point, you’ll join thousands of students who transfer to UF each year. Eighteen majors within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences are eligible to apply and transfer their credits directly to UF.
