Advanced Welding Technology
Training focuses on pipe welding knowledge and skill development using shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding (often called MIG), flux core arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding (often called TIG). Santa Fe College's welding shop is an American Welding Society (AWS) accredited test facility, which allows SF students the opportunity to earn a valuable industry certification that is often preferred by employers.

Building a house for a Habitat for Humanity family - right in Santa Fe College’s construction technology lab - is just one of the ways you’ll get real-world, hands-on experience. This program will prepare you to be a successful manager with skills in drafting/design, materials, surveying, codes and regulations, estimating, blueprint readying and project management.

Learn to use the latest technology, including an LED wall, to develop skills in video production, video editing, motion graphics design, sound design, special effects, digital compositing and more. Physical Therapist Assistant
Prepare in labs that mimic clinical environments and make a difference with a career as a PTA. You will be full trained to assistant patient in physical rehabilitation, restoration and disease prevention, while supporting a licensed physical therapist in the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neuromuscular, and other dysfunctions, diseases and disorders.
