Marie Trabbic has lived in a few states, including, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Florida. Prior to her current Academic Chair, Business Programs position, she instructed a variety of courses for the Santa Fe Business Programs Department for approximately 7 years.
Prior to joining Santa Fe, Marie had approximately 15 years of experience as a Vice President, Director, Manager, and Experienced Hire Instructor with a Big 4 Professional Services Firm, Fortune 500 Manufacturing Organization, and a Consulting Start Up. During her industry experience, she effectively led Directors, Managers, and Staff to improve operations and enhance business processes through financial and marketing analytics, audit, and risk management initiatives.
Marie is passionate about bringing her education and industry experience to the Business Programs department for the benefit of all students and is excited to share knowledge and be an integral part of training future leaders for the various constituents and communities Santa Fe serves.
One important concept Professor Trabbic brings to Santa Fe, from her industry, consulting, and instruction experience, is the notion that just about anything can be accomplished by staying focused on your goals, maintaining a positive attitude, working well with others, and simply taking one step at a time.
