Information

Rhonda Morris joined the English department as a full-time faculty member in 2003, teaching general education writing and literature courses, American literature surveys, and a special topics course focused on food and culture.

As Santa Fe College’s Director of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Navigating the College Experience (NCE), Rhonda leads the initiative to enhance Santa Fe’s learning environment to better promote students’ academic perseverance. In this role, she administers the College’s early academic warning system, works to improve advising and support services and institutional messaging, coordinates professional development focused on student engagement and productive persistence, and supports faculty engaging in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
