General TLC Policies
Food and drinks are prohibited in all areas of the TLC, including study rooms and tutoring areas. Drinks and water bottles must be closed and stored in backpacks or left outside of the lab. Please help the TLC protect computers and maintain a clean environment by adhering to the policy.
Non-instructional computer gaming and programs are prohibited in the TLC. The TLC is a multi-purpose facility and a quiet area cannot be guaranteed. Do not leave personal items unattended while in the lab. TLC staff are not responsible for lost or missing items. Articles left in the TLC will be turned over to the SF police department (Lost and Found).
Please limit cell phone use and loud conversations while in the TLC as a courtesy to other users.
The TLC may be closed from time to time in order to accommodate exams and faculty in-service meetings. Closure dates and times are generally posted in advance; however, this may not always be possible due to instructional needs.
Comments and suggestions about the TLC should be addressed to Sheila Lucas, TLC Director.
