Coordinates purchasing, inventory, contract and record management for the CIED and its departments; manages the monthly workshop series for local entrepreneurs and incubating companies. Program Coordinator for the Bradford County Incubator - a collaborative training program between Santa Fe College's Center for Innovation and Economic Development and CareerSource. The goal of this program is to help local entrepreneurs turn their ideas into income.
Coordinates scheduling and maintenance of CIED rental space; provides office support for Dug Jones and incubating companies; facilitates special events and various operations; creates and maintains CIED documents; collects and distributes information about the CIED and its events.
Helps businesses get started and grow by providing assistance with opportunity assessment, strategic planning, marketing, and execution. Leads weekly Entrepreneur Peer Group meetings, which not only provides a regular point of coordination and access to CIED and GTEC resources, but also allows the incubating company entrepreneurs to leverage their individual experience and networks for the benefit of the other entrepreneurs in the group.
Manager & Course Coordinator for the Community Education classes located on the NW Campus and many offsite locations. Responsibilities include: Course development; marketing, social networking, student retention and general support.

Responsible for leadership and marketing for Community Education. Selects instructors and works with staff to create and manage Community Education courses including the development and management of College for Kids and summer programs. Community Education programs offer recreation and leisure courses that promote lifelong learning.
Creates visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate. Develops the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports for the CIED, Continuing Education and Community Education; co-designs, edits, and maintains the CIED, GTEC, IPDC, Continuing Education, and Community Education websites; provides design support to the IPDC program and the Entrepreneur Incubating companies at CIED and GTEC.
Office assistant for the Community Education team. Assists in registering students, mailing out brochures and advertising for classes. This includes providing support for the College for Kids program during the Spring and Summer terms.
Provides support for Community Education, assisting in the registration of students, mailing of brochures, and social media advertising for Community Education courses and College for Kids spring and summer programs.
The Back to Work 50+ program through the AARP Foundation and Santa Fe College is continuing with the Back to Work Specialist, responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and promoting this program to the community of underserved seniors (both women and men).

Director, Innovative Product Development Center (IPDC)

The IPDC (Innovative Product Development Center) coaches entrepreneurs, inventors and innovators on how to start, grow and develop their business into a financially viable enterprise. Works with a network of investors and professionals to provide business development, training and mentoring services to IPDC Client companies. IPDC provides access to CIED and GTEC resources for presentations, marketing and promotional events, video conferencing, educational and business development activities.
