Uploading Assets (PDF, pictures, graphics, etc.)
- Go to your “Dashboard” and find the Bulk Upload gadget
- Under Target Folder, click sf > your department folder > image OR pdf
- Click the “Approve assets” checkbox
- Choose the correct asset type as either Image or File.
- *NOTE – if you choose file and upload an image, it WILL NOT work.
- Click Add File and make sure file is saved with a descriptive title (see below).
- Click Start Upload.
Adding Assets to your Page
- Go to your “Dashboard” and navigate in Finder section
- Under SF folder, click Sites > www.sfcollege.edu > your department folder > index (or page name)
- Double click on your department file to open your page
- Once it's opened, click EDIT on the right side of the page
- You are now in Edit Mode
- To edit an area where you want to add image or file, double click the particular area.
- For image, click the image icon
- For file, click the link icon
- For image, click the image icon
- When done editing that area, click SAVE
- When done editing the entire page, click SUBMIT
- Your changes will be reviewed then published
