Santa Fe College welcomes you to 2024 Entrepreneurship Summer Camp.
High school students in Bradford County are invited to apply for a free Summer Camp.
This camp is dedicated to high school students in Bradford County to develop exciting new business ideas in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to come and learn how to turn an idea into a business while having lots of fun and engaging in interactive entrepreneurship skills. Activities include team building, developing a business plan, competing in a team pitch contest, and more.
How to Apply
- Go to the Required Forms Section below and download and complete all necessary forms.
- Completed applications can be mailed to the Santa Fe College Andrews Center, emailed to patricia.landon@sfcollege.edu or dropped off at the SF Andrews Center.
Application deadline is Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Students will be notified by email if they have been selected by Monday, May 20, 2024.

Direction to SF Andrews Center
The Santa Fe College Andrews Center is located on West Call Street in Starke, Florida. If you are driving on Highway 301 coming from Hampton, the college is on your right just past the Walgreens on Temple Avenue (Highway 301). If you are driving from Lawtey, take Highway 301 to West Call Street, and the college is on the left just past Winkler’s Appliance Store.
Code of Conduct
Entrepreneurship Summer Camp is an academic and enriching experience and participation in the program is voluntary. Once a student has been accepted into the camp and has committed to attend, they are expected to act appropriately in the college environment.
On the application form, located in the Forms section, there is a check box that indicated the student and parent/guardian have read and accepted the following statement as the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct
I, the student, and I, the parent/guardian, certify that I have read and been given the opportunity to ask questions about the rules and regulations of the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp at Santa Fe College program. We agree to comply with said rules and regulations. We understand that the student's participation may be terminated if the student fails to follow the rules and regulations, and that I, the parent/guardian, will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the student's behavior, including travel, medical, and attorney's fees.
Rules and Regulations
General Information
- Entrepreneurship Summer Camp is designed as an academic and enriching educational experience and participation in the program is entirely voluntary. Once the student has committed to attend, he/she is expected to act appropriately in the college.
- Entrepreneurship Summer Camp will take place June 10 - June 14, 2024, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Each day students can be dropped off at the SF Andrews Center at 9 a.m. and picked up by 3 p.m.
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for student transportation to and from the SF Andrews Center in Starke (Monday through Friday).
- Please be sure that the student is dropped off no earlier than 20 minutes before Entrepreneurship Summer Camp start time of 9 a.m. and that the student is picked up immediately when Entrepreneurship Summer Camp is over at 3 p.m. There will be supervision during drop off and pick up times.
- Students should bring lunch each day.
- Parents may pack healthy snacks for their children. Drinks will be available for purchase from vending machines, but these are not necessarily healthy.
- Entrepreneurship Summer Camp staff and instructors will supervise the students at all times.
- Consequences to Disciplinary Incidents: Santa Fe College requires that all high school participants, regardless of age, act in accordance to the rules of the college. Therefore, students who have a disciplinary problem during Entrepreneurship Summer Camp, either with an instructor or in any way, will have their parents/guardian notified immediately. The appropriate measures will be taken by the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp instructor/coordinator and parents/guardian to ensure that the disruptive behavior is not repeated. If a second behavior problem occurs, the parent/guardian will be notified, and the student will be expelled from the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp Program.
Proper standards of conduct are necessary to protect the health, safety and well-being of all Entrepreneurship Summer Camp students and SF staff.
It is impossible to itemize every rule of conduct governing each circumstance, so please use good judgment in your actions. The following actions will NOT BE TOLERATED:
- Disruptive behavior of any kind.
- Discourtesy to fellow students, staff or the public.
- Disregarding the instructions of the program coordinator, instructors or other staff members.
- Making indecent or sexual remarks or gestures to anyone.
- Fighting, threatening to fight with or assaulting others verbally or physically.
- Dishonesty, stealing or unauthorized possession of college property or the property of others.
- Going ANYWHERE on campus unescorted by an Entrepreneurship Summer Camp staff member.
- Creating or contributing to unsanitary conditions.
- Destruction of property or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on walls or anywhere in the building, tearing out pages of books, purposely breaking any electronic devices, carving into desks or any other property belonging to Santa Fe College.
- Carelessness or the unnecessary waste of materials.
- Horseplay of any kind, whether it results in injury or damages. This includes, but is not limited to yelling in any hallways, running, pushing, or throwing of objects.
- Sleeping during camp hours.
- Use of profanity.
- Possession of weapons of any kind or of any size.
Procedure in case of injury
If you, the student, should suffer any injury or illness, no matter how minor you feel it may seem, report it immediately to Entrepreneurship Summer Camp personnel. If you have any questions, please ask Entrepreneurship Summer Camp personnel. We are here to make your experience with the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp successful.
