Admissions advisors are ready to help you with the Admissions process. To see an advisor, visit the digital lobby from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also access the Ask SF Chatbot 24/7 to find answers to many Admissions questions.
The Academic Advisement Center is offering virtual drop-in meetings Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through our Zoom lobby. During virtual drop-in meetings, students will meet with the first available advisor. Students without internet access can schedule an appointment to use a computer in the Academic Advisement Center for their virtual meeting.
Advisors are also available at the Andrews Center, Blount Center, Davis Center and Watson Center. See each center's advising page for updated information. You can also Ask SF Chatbot, 24/7.
Schedule a virtual campus visit with staff from the Admission office who will answer your questions about the college and give you a warm welcome and a virtual tour.
Video conferencing is available and can be scheduled for specialized services such as resume and cover letter creation/editing or mock interviews. Email james.schindler@sfcollege.edu or call 352-395-5822.
Career Exploration Center staff offer career planning consultations to discuss your future. Consultations can be through Zoom video conferencing, phone, or email. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Request an appointment or contact us at jimmy.yawn@sfcollege.edu or 352-395-4121.
Payments for College classes and services can be made via the eSantaFe student portal. If you encounter problems making online payments, try using Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. If changing browsers does not work, or if you have additional questions regarding your payment, contact the Cashier's Office at: cashier@sfcollege.edu or 352-395-5227.
The College Ombudsperson, Dr. Bea Awoniyi, is available to assist students who are having difficulties with classes because they lack computer or internet access. Students may also contact the Ombudsperson to discuss issues, concerns, problems and/or complaints. Dr. Awoniyi can be reached at 352-395-5513 or bea.awoniyi@sfcollege.edu.
Our therapy dogs miss everyone! You can follow Beau on his Instagram account. You can also talk to a licensed mental health professional by telephone or through Zoom video sessions.
The staff at the Counseling Center is here to support you and help you with personal, career or academic issues. To schedule an appointment with a counselor, students can call 352-395-5508, or email counseling@sfcollege.edu.
DRC staff members continue to provide information, consultation, intake, accommodation discussions, as well as text conversion services. We are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; call 352-395-4400 or email drc@sfcollege.edu or to schedule a remote (Zoom or phone) appointment.
The Virtual Financial Aid Office is available for 24/7 self-service. Get personalized account info and submit electronic documents via My FA Status on eSantaFe, or get your financial aid questions answered with the Ask SF Chatbot. Team members are ready to assist you with phone, video and in person appointments. Visit our scheduling page to sign-up for an appointment. You can also email us from your SF email; you will get a personalized response when you include your SFID.
The SF Fitness Center facility on the Northwest Campus is closed, but staff are providing virtual workout information, including weekly workout videos. This information can be found on the Student Life Instagram. Got questions? Want to talk about your health and wellness goals? Contact the Fitness Center manager at tyler.hagin@sfcollege.edu.
ISS staff are ready to help international students with the admissions process and current students with immigration and registration. Visit the digital lobby at from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or have your ISS questions answered with the Ask SF Chatbot anytime.
The Learning Commons continues to support SF students with free virtual tutoring and academic success coaching via Zoom and Teams. Log into Canvas and check out the Learning Commons course (or click the pencil icon on the left) to meet with tutors directly and to make appointments with academic Success Coaches.
