Welcome to Academic Advisement Center
Our advisors support Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree seeking students and students completing developmental education course(s). We provide students with information and guidance as they develop a plan to attain their educational goals - including course selection and sequencing; as well as answers to questions regarding transfer options. Through communication and collaboration, initiated by both student and advisor, students learn about goal setting as they work toward fulfilling their educational potential.
If you are working toward an Associate in Science (A.S.) or bachelor's degree at SF, or earning a certificate in one of the Career and Technical (CTE) areas, you will be assigned to a CTE academic advisor who specializes in your program area. Some A.A. students studying in CTE areas are also assigned to these program advisors.
