Studies show participating in orientation leads to college completion – and we have created an exciting and informative program tailored to the needs of our new students. All students new to Santa Fe College will be required to complete a series of online orientation segments before they can register for classes. In one segment, students learn about the resources the college offers to help them succeed. Other parts of orientation cover critical college policies, critical financial aid and tips and more.
Students access New Student Orientation through the My Status screen in their eSantaFe account and are able to sign-up for an on-campus New Student Convocation event that will be held shortly after classes begin. We're calling it 'Santa Fe Live', and it will be quite a show. New students hear from experts about the real differences between high school and college, how to communicate with professors and a lot of very helpful tips that will help them do well at Santa Fe College.
The first step is logging into the eSantaFe account, and completing New Student Orientation online.
